Key attributes for the team: If you have used this so far you will probably notice this is quite a physical tactic and it is important to have players with good bravery, workrate, teamwork and determination across the board.


Player attributes: Here is a list of the most important attributes for each position-Top line most important, middle line medium importance and third line is least important but are good to have.


GK - Ariel Ability, Handling, one on ones, reflexes, positioning, agility,
Command of area, composure, concentration, decisions, Anticipation
Throwing, Kicking,

FB's - Tackling, Marking, Crossing, Positioning, Stamina, Acceleration
Dribbling, Decisions, anticipation, pace
Long Throws, Composure.

CB's - Strength, Jumping, Positioning, Heading, Tackling, Marking
Decisoins, composure, concentration, Anticipation
pace, accelleration,

Anchor - Stamina, Strength, Tackling, Marking,
Positioning, Anticipation, concentration, decisions, composure

CM - Passing, Long shots, First touch, Stamina, Decisions, Vision
off the ball, positioning, Technique
CM(S) - Tackling

Wingers - Crossing, Dribbling, First Touch, Technique, Pace, Accelleration
Passing, Agility, Balance, Flair
Decisions, off the ball, Stamina

Complete Forward - off the ball, first touch, finishing, Pace, acceleration, composure,
long shots, dribbling ,
flair, agility, balance, anticipation.


Player preferred moves:To be updated

Anchorman: Stays back at all times, Plays short simple passes

CM(s): Dictates tempo, Switches ball to flanks,

CM(a): gets forward whenever possible, plays one twos, Tries killer balls

CF(s): Likes to beat offside trap, runs with ball through middle, moves into channels

Sunderland did not win Premier League, finished 4th at season 2017-2018?! Scored only 62 goals in 38 matches.
I think this is not very good!!

My friend used 4222 Brazil tactic and won Premier League at the first season (2016-2017). Scored 90 goals in 38 matches.

Lol so the team expected 19th finishing 4th isn't good?

This team was taken over mid season on a challenge. Had 1 signing of Martin Olson. And a budget of 85k.

I know Sunderland finishing 4th is good! ;)

By the way, you can sell some players and buy/loan some players very cheaper.

Not sure if you're just trolling now?

I've done a post about developing the squad to get results with this tactic. If I sold and bought the perfect squad first season it'd be pretty easy.


Ps I avoid loans unless I have a major injury crisis, even then I'd prefer to get a **** player for 500k and sell him for 5m at end of the season instead of wasting money on loans

- Don't sell/buy the players?
- Sell and buy the wonderkids, young players?
- Don't sell, only buy bargain players?

Erm post 127# is you touting your own tactic as superior even though you have clearly not used the Sunderland squad....

Again young and wonderkid, yawn same squad every save nothing different to next.

Sell when you can, buy player who fit squad instead of loaning and wasting money, and time developing a player for another club.

you can do that if you like mate if he has high motivation, otherwise he might wreck your teams mood before/during the match
 
i have Roy Keane hi have 15 in motivation its that ok?

will try this whit my blackburn team :)
