Can't get into a game?

i chose title challenger or something not title winner so i only get 40.5m but i would have got about 55m for winning the league which i know im not good enough manager to do.I bought Maxi Rodrigeuz and played him upfront. What a player! He scored saved me and made me win so many games and he was my top scorer just i think with about 27. I havent been on there for ages, so they are still on holidays and everything.
 
turns out i have 61m to spend but i did leave 14m left overs so they repayed me with an extra 7m lol. Trying to get torres. And im changing formation this season to 4-3-1-2 it was 4-2-2-2 with two attacking wingers..Is it best to keep the same formation in the second season or change it?
