Until we radically change our country's youth program and various other factors, we will remain in this position. You only have to look at Lennon or Walcott to see why. Now, if people will stop pretending that we're a top 4 team, and start playing the kind of disciplined, tactical football we need, then we have a chance of getting somewhere.
