i hope this defeat makes the team hungrier for the other titles

Why is everyone taking this comment so seriously? This thread is about the Carling Cup Final not who is going to qualify for Europe! Grow up and don't retaliate when he obviously wanted a reaction.
 
Just saw the last 2 minutes while passing john lewis on the way back from the rangers game.
dont have a clue what happend for the last goal, it was a horrible mix up!
 
So typical of the way the game went that it was our own making that lost us the game with the winner.
 
wish id put a bet on now,was good entertaining game, an easy winner but still they played well enough to win,nice one birmingham,if they win there 2 games in hand in league there well on the way to staying up
 
If we go on to win absoloutley nothing this season which is easily possible considering, behing by 4 points in Prem, OT in Fa, and Barca in CL. Then I will be honestly so dissapointed at the team. And won't be able to look forward to next season with any sort of hope unless Wenger thinks 'you know what I think we need. A defender.'

Arsenal didn't play as well as they could have. Like at St Andrews they rip Brum into new one. It was a very costly mistake, not for that it led to the goal but it was done at 90th min, giving Arsenal no chance of coming back into the game.

Szczesny is a good keeper, very confident keeper. Just made a mistake, which is very common for a keeper that too for someone of his age. Why him, even Casillas made few blunders last season and Reina too this season. VDS too. All keepers make mistakes, nut the poor fella did in the final..

All that can be said is that karma is a *****. He should have been sent off and Birmingham given a penalty in the first few minutes. Jesus - didn't expect this from Arsenal fans.

Chin up, guys - our time will come soon.. Big game next week, but we've got to get past a pumped up Orient on wednesday, then Sunderland. Utd still haven't hit top gear, WE CAN DO IT!

Wojciech Szczesny is a cocky ******* and an Arsenal player, so I don't like him, but at least now he's been brought down to earth (no puns on the aeroplane tweet) and may actually be able to establish himself as a great keeper now he's back in reality land.
