Why reject a transfer request? It's silly really, The player becomes unhappy and wont play, and it could upset other players in the team
because they think its an issue that can be sorted, clearly they think the agent is the root of the problem here

Fair play to him. He's been our best striker in recent years! Will miss him but I will hate with with a passion if he moves to an english team :P

I think there is more to come out, so maybe people shouldnt be so quick to judge him

He should leave!! I a man city fan is also fed up with Mancini's style of play, its plain boring. With all the talent in the squad they should be scoring 4, 5, 6 goals a game!!! Mancini is a douche!!

spotted a good twitter on BBC sport:

man_on_football on Twitter: "I've got sympathy for Carlos. Who wouldn't miss the beauty of Argentina, and want to be with their family. Footballers are human and its easy for us to criticise foreigners for wanting to return home, but how many Brits adapt to playing abroad?"

It's his decision. If he isn't happy playing he has every right to leave. An unhappy footballer is a bad footballer, and would Man City want that?

So he's "homesick", huh? Yeah, that's new. Argentinian players and being unable to settle down in England. oO)

Argentina - Hot and Sunny and his wife and kids.
England- Rain and Mancini on his back, Home Alone.

Figure it out for yourselves.!

From other forum, posted by city fan.

Rodney Marsh is on radio 5 live now and he has just said from what he says is a reliable source Tevez is on £280k a week!!

I'm not sure i believe that. 5 live are not much more reliable than the Sun at times.

Even i didnt believe that, but City made a statement that Tevez is their top earner and we know Yaya is on massive wages. Not sure what to make of it.
