Funnily enough the highlight where my team starts just outside the other teams penalty area... doesn't follow the same rules
 
is there a attacking version of this?

Alos best oi's as loads saying this that other???? #confussed

Just like with any other tactic, the game forces you into a bad run, and there's NOTHING you can do about it. To me it happens at least once a season, 3-6 matches where everything goes wrong and you get some defeats/bad draws. I just stick with it, do nothing, and eventually you pick up the good form again. Of course in some of these matches you get FMED really bad. It's the game trying to force reality.

And although being very irritating, we have to also understand that what we call "being fmed" happens in real life football, and it happens A LOT. To give a very sad (for me :P) example, just see 3 FC Porto matches (of the last 4). We could say they "got fmed" in all 3, mainly the 2 home games. If that happened in FM to any of us, we would be complaing in the foruns about the ****** ME!

Either that or every direct freekick ending up in the back of the net, even when it's straight at the keeper it somehow isn't saved. Keepers are really bad this year, in my opinion.

This year is all about lack of confidence and bad luck. Benfica is playing really bad.
We need a tough manager. Sergio Conceição is the man for the job!

Free kicks have become too common a source for goals. I think it was last year I remember basically no goals from DFK's regardless of their FK taking. Now it seems anyone with a half respectable FK attribute bangs them in for fun. Pjanic scored a hattrick of freekicks, as a sub, for me last week. It's gone from one extreme to another XD

totally agree with you..we have been having some extreme bad luck and also the manager has been making the same mistakes over and over again..
