I would say try Nicklas Helenius (Aalborg BK), transfer listed and can get for about 1.7mil i think. He scored about 28 goals in my old Swansea save in the first season. Him alone pretty much put me mid-table, Michu was really poor for me.
 
I am just about to sell Jakub Blaszczykowski to Arsenal for £27.5m

I am looking for someone to then replace him while I am also getting Matuidi for my centre mid to rotate with Kehl and Bender when he returns after injury (most probably on loan as he accepted 67k a month and 40% wages)

maybe a new keeper as well, might try Leno/Carrasso/Ter Stegen if I can get him

All of these players, given the right tactics and instructions, have the potential to score lots of goals....However for an absolute certain 20 goals a season striker you might have to go a little higher than 12m(Unless you can get the tactics right)

EDIT: Just noticed you posted another set of requirements.....Any chance you could post your total requirements and the max value for each player THANKS :D

Nice signings so far by the way.....Aspas was amazing for me in my Wolfsburg...was player of the season 3 out of 4 seasons in a team that got to the Champions league Semi-Final or Final...in 3 out of those 4 seasons

I spent 15m on Ter Stegen last night, have not bought him since Fm12 near the start and wanted a great 1st choice keeper to give competition to Weidenfeller

and with my last bit of cash I bought Leandro Paredes - Boca who will join Gotze and Leitner

he is a fantastic talent, especially this latest patch :)
