Also, I recently noticed that Team Talks, especially pre-match & in half-time, don't have an affect at all in my opinion. I've been playing a lot of games with no Team Talks (both pre-match & half-time) & noticed that the performance is much, much better than when I was using Team Talks. And I don't leave the Team Talks to the stupid ***.Man either - just no Team Talks at all.

If I remember correctly I've been doing exactly this (ignoring team talks) since ever, as I’ve always felt that the reaction to any team talk was so unpredictable, that to say nothing was the best option!
Obviously I stop doing so since SI included FM Classic (now Touch) that has no team talks, and is the only version I play, as the full version has to many things to ruin your fun and make you experience just too annoying and long.
 
maximtsigalko, you are getting such good results not due the fact that you forgot to set OI but because you play in a low reputation league with almost the strongest team in the league Partizan (pred. 2nd) and as I recall before you played in the most competitive league in the game English Premier League, of course, now your results are 100 times better because now it's 100 times easier to play. ;)

Yes u are right Partizan team is 2nd strongest in the league, but CL results are more than perfect without OI :O

My team is about 110 CA, other teams are far away stronger, they should have lot of CCC because I do not use any OI. But the fact as u see is diferent, they do not have even fair amount of shots on my goal...i do not get it...

I see that in CL you played against FC Red Bull Salzburg and Olympiakos but these clubs are almost the weakest what you can get in CL and they are similar to your team. Also, I see that you played vs Atletico home match and to say honestly, Atletico isn't the strongest opponent that you can get in CL.

I'm just saying that you shouldn't rush and make conclusion that OI doesn't matter because you really don’t have a good basis to compare.
 
He can say for his team they dont but not for all, Tweaks and OI shouldnt be taken as gospel for every team or tactic.

Salzburg game was play off for CL... Base of my matches is not big enough, i will take a risk and play against Fenerbache 1/16 UEFA cup without OI as well, so we will se. I have some feeling that without OI player are more comfortable, and creative in attack, or it is just some part of 16.3 patch. I do not know.

PS. Atletico is one of the bes teams in the game... they have Vietto after patch, and Griezmann as ST...

My team's CA is like solid 3th league English (league 1) team.

I did indeed revamp the squad a lot before and during the season but I spent only as much as I sold for and the wage bill was cut by about 100k per week and the players I bought all slotted into the tactic pretty much faultlessly with the exception of Lucas Moura who was pretty average without good statistics.

Extremely good results with this tactic, ESPECIALLY AWAY games, unlike alot of other tactics.

Some things that I found out using the tactic and could be of use:
• Playing against teams like Villa can be difficult because they use unorthodox formations like a diamond which will give them a lot of chances so you might want to play counter or make another offensive player manual mark their offensive midfielder or a striker.
• Having ACCELERATION on your FULL BACKS is extremely important. Mayke outperformed Janmaat massively because he was able to get past his defender and put in a cross a lot more often, it is BY FAR the most important attribute when choosing full backs.
• Your center backs NEED pace and acceleration. Otherwise long ball teams and teams with 2 or 1 quick forwards will destroy your defenders by running in behind.
• A high TEAMWORK attribute on your inside forwards does improve assist tally immensely and agility is very very important as well as again; acceleration.
• Central midfielder is the most important player: he needs to be well rounded and have a high determination, off the ball, stamina, balance, vision, passing and I would also recommend crossing and dribbling. TFF recommended no PPMs but get forward whenever possible, shifts ball to other flank and tries long range passes can pay off if your CM has good decision making, anticipation and movement attributes.

Best tactic by FAR on this forum in my opinion and it's the first time I've liked a tactic from the forums more than one of my own so far on FM =) Thanks again TFF.

2) It's not that important, use whatever combination you want.

A few tests on TFF Tactic Testing League shows that your TFF Sunfire v1 Attack Tweak still outperforms the TFF Conqueror v2 Attack Tweak by at least 15% I would say. It's really a great tactic.

In my opinion, Team Talks are a totally non-sense & overrated feature by SI. Just like the stupid press conferences! We were promised new 'questions / answers' with FM16 but for me most of them are still the same as the previous versions. And most of them don't freakin make sense at all!

Yeah man I definitely agree I think team talks are a complete waste of time and do more harm than good.
 
Am I the only one who gets better results with Sunfire series than Conqueror v2?

Leads to so many yellows and reds and we can't afford that in our promotion battle. Changing the settings to dial back the tackling does nothing, and I just can't take it anymore. I just hope we can still win promotion without having half my team sent off in a game. :(

I can safely say that I will be using different tactics in season 3, hopefully in the Premier League. Still, you've done a great job and hopefully in the future you could come up with something that is less insane with the fouls. Appreciate your work as always :)

dude! I've been using TFF tactics for the last 5 seasons and don't have any of these issues. Does you make any in-game adjustments when you get a yellow card? If so, what?
 
Someone said that position raiting is corrected with new patch.

But my players do can not improve their wide midfield circle?! They stay half of green, and not moving after that. Just like this young guy, he was training whole year, but just half of green and that's it.

Can it be fixed or what??
