Mate, everything that you need to know can be found at the OP and if there was something special that you need to know about the strikers then I would let you know and if you don't see any recommendations then it doesn't matter and you shouldn't worry about it.

It works slightly better if STCL is right footed and STCR is left footed the same way as from ML/MR positions but it isn't such critical.

Also, it would be better to use the fastest striker at STCR position because the player at this position covers much bigger distance in matches due to the man marking than the player at STCL position but if all your strikers have 13+ Acceleration and Pace then it doesn't matter.

And you shouldn't bother about their defensive attributes because anyway these attributes never be high enough for your strikers that you can start to pay any attention to it.

At the current moment in FM16 there's some issue about position training and I hope I'll be fixed in the latest patch.

Right now it's almost impossible to improve the position's rating further than "Competent" level by tanning the position.

So you need to buy players for ML/MR positions that already have "Accomplished/Natural" rating for ML/MR positions and you really may not bother with further rating improvement for these positions because anyway you can't improve it due to some issue that persists in the game right now.

So you can just choose the individual training focus from any position you like and I find that "Inside Forward" individual training focus fits the best for ML/MR positions.

P.S. if in the latest path it becomes possible again to improve a new position rating further than "Competent" rating then I'll reconsider the Individual Training focus for ML/MR positions.

I'll be slightly less efficient than "Inside Forward" training but also OK.

Individual training focus "Winger" + additional focus "Finishing" is alternative to "Inside Forward" training when you need to improve the rating for ML/MR positions.

seems good to me the other ratings will improve nonetheless just not so much. but i do think the crucial ones we can get it with the winger plus finishing combo

Bayern: What this tactic does if you have the right players

Yes I know it's Bayern, but it is still freaking amazing because I won all titles two times in a row. I never had such an easy season like that - the defeat vs Darmstadt was my fault (experimental tweaking of the tactic + players etc )

It's a shame that "Winger" training doesn't train some important attributes such Decision, Composure, Long Shots and Finishing but these attributes are important for ML/MR positions but anyway these attributes will be also improving due to “Balanced” general training but it's simple that the chance to see increase some gains in these attributes is less.

Missed chance to be promoted, finished 2nd.. but nevertheless tactic works good in the lower league.. beaten some teams 7-0

btw massive 8 league levels to reach premier league..

Heh... definitely, the patch won't change what attributes every Individual Focus trains so I wodun't expect to see something like that so there's no chance to see that with the patch "Winger" individual focus starts to train Finishing, Long Shots and so on... but it'll be nice again to have an ability to train any position you want until "Natural" rating as it was in any previous FM version and that is what we can expect to see with the patch.

There's no guaranty that there'll be any ME changes in the last patch so it's unknown yet.

But you can expect to see a transfers update and some changes in PA/CA/Hidden attributes but of course, you need to start a new save to have them when the last patch arrives.
