Guys what is the most important thing which I should consider taking team in the lowest league in England?
thx!attendance and infrastructure. Dartford have a good fanbase. their stadium can expand to 15k. so it meets all future league requirements.
maidstone always sell alot of tickets. but you will need to build a new stadium for the prem as theirs only expands to 8k.
you couls always use the editor before you start and change expansion capacity for the team you manage
thx!
don't want to use editor, any other suggested teams considering attendance and infrastructure?
Download link for V2 doesnt work anymore
Am I really seeing people saying they don't receive many yellow/red cards? I have one player who finished the season on 23 yellows, four players on 13 yellows, one player on eight, two on seven, two on six, one on five, etc. However, I only actually received three red cards and I'm gonna assume that's cos I always take booked players off at HT or when I make my second-half subs. As for people discussing AssMan team talks being ineffective, I've always found that the second assertive team talk option always works a treat in any situation pre-game and HT, unless you're sort of 4/5-0 up and then one or two players may react negatively (use the passionate team talk maybe?) and then if you win the game, the passionate team talks always works a treat. There are guides upon guides on how to nail your team talks but really, it's all about the assertive second option.
Could you post screen shots of the corner set upHi all!
First of all, thanks TFF for the tactic, my Leicester save is coming along nicely. Sitting first in BPL 2 points clear of of Chelsea.
However, I have a suggestion for improvement of the tactic. I've noticed that I only scored 2 goals from corner 26 games into the season. I came across this tactic that seems to have quite good offensive corner setup: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/shar...thampton-europa-league-win-3rd-place-bpl.html
All credits for the corner setup goes to: mcconnor8
Plugged it in and whola! After 3 more games I've managed to score 4 more goals from corners.
The corner setup resembles the very succesfull corner setup from FM15. I let the wingback with the highest corner rating on field take the corner, in my case Christian Fuchs with a rating of 12.
Of course you are the best one to decide if it's usefull or not TFF, since you seem to do a rather extensive statistical research =)
The fouling on this tactic is starting to wind me up. my cb has been sent off with straight red cards 3 times. he has managed to complete 8 of my 12 games
There are 2 ways how your players can pick a red card in a match:
(1) A straight red card
(2) due to the 2nd yellow card
You can do nothing about the case (1) because it depends on the hidden "Dirtiness" attribute of your players and you can't avoid it. Sometime during matches this attribute is triggered and even if you have "Easy Off Tackles" PI added to all your players. You should consider that as element of randomness in the game, sometimes every player can go mad and do a bad thing and you can't do nothing about... the higher "Dirtiness" of the player atribute the higher probablity he goes mad in a match.
But you can avoid the case (2) you can add "Easy Off Tackles" to the players that already has 1 yellow card or you can substitute him to avoid the 2nd yellwo card and sending off.
