Dear TFF, thanks for this tactic.

I try to follow the exact instructions, but I can't make my Right Striker Marking man on the game.

Here is the screenshot, the area "Mark specific player" doesn't appear. What I am doing wrong ?

go back to "TFF CONQUEROR V2 + man mark", i get better results as with v3,v4,v5,v6

Been switching between v2,v5 and v6 in my Lincoln save, had 3 good matches at the start of the season, but found that my CDs underperformed a bit in v6, and with 2 CDs playing around 6.5 and my main strikers injured, winning isn't in the cards. But still after 16 games in season 2 the overall standing is better than season 1, running 3rd atm, 32 points in 16 games.

Might be the time for me to try this tactic with a bigger team

Working a treat with defense. When I take the lead against bigger opposition I go defensive/counter drop the d line and retain possession. Sometimes will bring a left back on in the left mid and change to dw if I'm being attacked down a certain wing. Against smaller I tend to switch in the last ten minutes just to retain possession. But the bulk and core is this tactic and it is amazing thank you.

I'm afraid I can't upload things but it's only tweaks and so you're welcome to try them if you'd like to;

DM changed closed down to much less and removed tight marking. Reasoning for this is that I like the DM to stay filling the pocket as much as possible and so don't want him chasing down players. The tight marking also means he marks a player he's close to and so also means he could be pulled out of position and found he'd mark players further up the pitch then I wanted

MC removed tight marking. Same reasoning as above.

MR moved to IF support role. Instructions - Close down much more, tight marking (to track back), get further forward, roam from position, cut inside with ball, shorter passing, shoot less often, cross near post...good team work stat would be important to help track back...keep narrow or wide unticked (gray)

ML close down much more, tight marking (think it was already?)

Striker (right) DLF support. Removed tight marking, close down much less (want him to stay on man as much as possible and not chase down), move into channels, hold position, dribble more, shoot less

Striker (left) advanced forward. close down at highest, tackle harder, mark tighter (want him on DC shoulder), more direct passing, shoot less

I just prefer the movement these changes give me

Great tweaks, do you think that if I have Dybala as right forward is still good to make him hold position instead of roaming free?

Predicted 8th, previous season(first season) i lost the play off final, and won the FA trophy cup with v2 man marking, predicted to be midtable around 10th to 15th

Dude, my advice to you don't "jump" between the different versions and stick to V6

well i am using team talk after 15 min in the game time, if the results is 0-0 then i go assrtive and get encorge, if i am leading then i go assrtive and get creaitve. so every 15 min i use the team talk , even if i am leading like 4-0. if i am playing away lets say vs real madrid or a team from the cl and its away game i will encorge my player. who are u playing with?

It's strange that this tactic is less effective for me since the patch change. Something always seems to happen after a patch update.

Is it possible, that you want to share said tweak? and that comment is ment for everybody, why not share your tweaks? not every one on thhis forum got the time or knowledge to make good tweaks - in my own case, i've been **** busy, and been missing the time to tweak at all, just had a hour a day to play so i've been happy with all the good work posted on this forum

Recommendation:
If Your team doesn't have a good Playmaker and Ball-Winning-Midfielder or BOX-TO-BOX, then have a CM(Support) and a CM(Attack) instead-for these two roles use the normal PIs on CONQUEROR V6(NO MAN MARKING NEEDED).
TRAIN MATCH TACTICS UNTIL FLUID AND THEN DEFENSIVE POSITIONING.
-OTHER CHANGES: IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF A CF(S) AND AM(Att), THEN HAVE A DLF(S) AND SS.

IMPORTANT:
-THIS TACTIC ONLY WOULD WORK WITH HIGHLY-RATED TEAMS, LIKE MANCHESTER UNITED, REAL MADRID, BAYERN E.T.C (I'M WORKING ON A TACTIC FOR WEAKER TEAMS AND WILL BE MAKING A THREAD FOR IT)

please tell me your outcome with this tweak. It did exceptionally well for me. REMEMBER It will only work effectively with highly-rated teams.

I'm FC United of Manchester in the Premier League in 2024. Just smashed Vannes in a friendly 15-0 with 54-0 shots.
When I play against world class teams like Man United,Chelsea,Man City etc should I still play attacking or change to something else? For home and away please.

I'm using the instant result tactic.

Depends, how good are they in 2024 in your save? If your team is better than them, then stick to attacking but if not or you want to play safe, then play Control.
