An excellent end to the season for us! We finished 6th in the league, 4 points off 5th placed Arsenal, and managed to reach the final of the Europa League! A very successful season for us and hopefully I can take the first step to Champions League glory, by winning the Europa League in my first season in charge when we take on Lyon in Hamburg. Should be one **** of an adventure

We were outplayed in this final by a mile, and we rightly lost. Lyon were clinical tonight and took their chances very well whereas we didn't take our chances at all. Instead of getting into good positions we would get to within 30 yards and blast it into the fans, which obviously is not how we usually play football. Was a very exciting game, and we started to dominate from about 65 minutes or so, but when Paul got sent off I felt our chances begin to slip away. Although we still had the ball more and controlled the game, we didn't have that width down the left and struggled to get the ball past the defenders. Next season we'll come back stronger and hopefully not fall at the last hurdle.

Van Der Vaart signs for Fulham
The Dutchman stated he was unhappy in Madrid and Fulham paid approximately £7million for him. Singh stated in the press conference before the London derby between themselves and chelsea that he hoped Van Der Vaart would be available for the match. He also hinted he was a long term replacement for the ageing Danny Murphy.

In the match report it said ' Fulham were often prevented from playing as they wanted due to the number of fouls committed by their opponents'. We deserved at least a point.

As we near to the end of the season goal difference starts to become a major factor especially as we are all so tight. The loss against Liverpool made us drop from 4th to 6th. Can't afford to drop any points against the lower teams now.​

After this result we lye in 4th position. Just one point behind chelsea although Man City have a game in hand.

A trademark header from Hangeland made sure we did as much as we could. Not many chances for either team really. Unfortunately neiter Man city nor Chelsea slipped up so we finished 5th position.

Spurs finishing second. Man Utd finishing 6th?! Very weird but I'm pretty pleased. Unfortunate to miss out on champions league due to goal difference but thats football.

Rooney scores a real poachers finish in extra time to end Fulham's FA cup journey. A great game for the neutrals and we did well to come back from 2-0 down.

Yobo played really well in the second half of the season (great signing by me XD). Palermo and Defederico worked well as a strike partnership. Injuries to Gilberto Silva and Krasic were really annoying and they would have contributed so much more if fit.​

How did you do in the FA Cup DMF? tiraths did well in that aswell
