These two sides met last time in Antwerp where the home side were embaressed in front of their home fans as they were thumped 6-0.They travelled to Ukraine in hope of some revenge.But their quest suffered a setback as Artem Milevskyi put the home side in front in just the 5th minute.Dinamo Kiev had a number of chances with Khacheridi's header hitting the bar and Kas'kov's long range effort going just wide.Germinal Beerschot had one chance when David Arreola's shot was blocked by Sergiy Kryvtsov.Late on,Milevskyi scored his second and ensured the win for the team.

Unbeaten Dinamo Kiev faced off against relegation threatened Volyn which was a pretty one-sided affair.Youngster Goran Jovanovic put them in front with a simple tap-in from Oleg Gusev's Cross.In the second half,Ognjen Vukojevic doubled the lead with a long range belter.In the closing moments,captain Artem Milevskyi added another to complete the 3-0 victory.

David Seaman rested Artem Milevskyi for the match against Inter and it was Eugene Khacheridi who stepped up to the plate in the 3-1 win against Tavria away from home.Khacheridi headed in the first in the 8th minute of the match.Khacheridi was on the end of another corner in the second half and doubled the lead with another thumping header.The lead was cut short by Tavria's Lucky Idahor just 2 minutes later.Khacheridi had another chance from a corner but was brought down by Sergiy Bilozor.He stepped up to the spot and scored to complete his hat-trick.

A win for both the sides was very important as it would ensure qualification to the knockout phase.Brazilian Centre-back Lucio put Inter ahead with a powerful header from a Wesley Sneijder corner.In the second half,Mario Balotelli doubled their lead.Promising forward Luca Wehrli cut Inter's lead short but it was restored just 2 minutes afterwards through Goran Pandev.Samuel Eto'o completed the scoring rout in the last minute of normal time.

Finally,Dinamo Kiev's fantastic unbeaten run was put to an end as they were beaten by Metalist Kharkiv.Just in the 7th minute,Andrew Driver scored to put the away side in the lead.Marko Devic's penalty was saved by keeper Maxym Koval but Sergiy Valyaev pounced on the rebound to equalise for Metalist.Star Striker Olexandr Kovpak put his team in the lead for the first time in the match in the 33rd minute.Marko Devic had another chance from the penalty spot but again failed to score and double the lead for his team.
