Guys, any hints, when u take control over a team during season?
I got Ipswich on 24 place of Championship, coming from Morecamb (was 1st in sky bet league 1)
had no money at all - only 2 or 3 loans possible
put the tactics as in OP and go 5 games in a row with no W
1-4, 0-4, 2-4 L and two draws of 1-1
ok, I met with all the top teams of te league
but got totally oveplayed with no chance to recover
may be u can advice some moves?
Every player is trained on the position he is playing.
Do you have a SS of your team? Would be nice to compare with my team. I can post a SS later today.
It's not just about a tactic. If you are managing a team sitting at the bottom of the league, probably the morale is low. Fluidity of the tactic? Don't expect wonders at the start. Do you have the right players? I can only suggest you to be patient and the results will come. Please don't relegate with DC (H)
the circle is not deadly
I only use the "Deadly Circle Attack" home and away but away I change from "Attack" mentality to "Control". When we play at home and take the lead, we change to "Control" mentality for the rest of the game. If we are leading by 1-0 or maybe 2-0 and with 10 minutes left, we change to "Contain" mentality. So far, so good!
Won 4/4 and the squad still needs time to adapt to the tactic. "Accomplished" at the moment and around 60%.
Using your method with Man Utd and it works great! Couldn't get the counter tac to work with Utd but this method works very well. I think the control approach might be better for big teams. I use the counter version away against the other big clubs and it works quite well then.
Which individual training is the best for central midfielders?
Counter or attacking versionBest tweak I've used is changing the DLF to CF and changing mentality to control for matches where you expect to win.
Insane tactic! I have tweaked it a little bit but Zyndar has done a great job! My Leeds team seem unbeatable!
