I remember someone asked previously and retraining for the right wing back. That's what I did anyway, took a while on complete wing back but now he's worth 50 million

Hmm, maybe it's the other tactic from subforum fm-16

The one thing I remember is, in FM16,
Sisto is really a great player for AML as he is often cut inside just like Inside Forward
and creating so many goals and assists.
It's like a "must-have" player.

So, I'm wondering what is a must have player for this tactic ?

usually i will let a player that wants to move to go, but if he is importent player so i guess i will try to convice him to stay i had some players who wanted to leave but after one season they have chage their minds

when i play in the EFL CUP i let my second 11 to play, when i have an importent game in CL i made a rotation. i am trying to get to best 11
