I tweak it game on game, changed the fb instructions or sometime u have DLP version (uploaded a fair few pages back) - but its mostly 80% v13 most of the time.

Hello I dont know what is wrong i do all stuff from page #1 but results dont come. I use artisan team talks players have right duty,invidual training is ok but still not working. Here some pic my team. I would appreciate some help because I know your tactics is masterpiece in FM15 was absolutely amazing.

tff advises not to use team talks,thats prob where u are going wrong.just follow the advice given and you will succeed

sorry mate i got mixed up with opposition instructions.i always ask my asst manager to give initail team talk and then give individual talks for players who arent motivated

Nevermind I tried no team talks only after match and then win against PSG 2-1, Monaco 2 -0 and FLC against Marseille where my team play only in 10 due red card. So maybe this help as well.

the latest version of the Striker tactic works the best for me

I rotated him with other players.

He played average but I didn't have much choice so he was my best option in many cases.

at the beginning of the first season his attributes are average but I think after 3-4 seasons he'll become a very good AMC because his potential is very good
