It's astonishing to see that the game which is supposed to be the best football simulation isn't supporting the most used formations in the real world. 4 2 3 1, 4 1 2 2 1 etc.
have to disagree,the 3 at the back formations are become so popular again and are very effective

Only true in case of Conte's Chelsea this season. Many desperately tried to copy and failed.
Even Barca's 3 at the back failed against Juventus' solid 4 2 3 1 last night
@TFF: I have a question about individual training.
AM's play as AM, but you say they have to train as Trequartista. MC's play as MC, but you say they have to train as deep laying playmaker. So, they train another role than they play. Is this correct? What's the reason for this?

many european sides are using it effectively.yes conte does it better than most but the fact is there is a resurgance in 3-4-3 and 3-5-2

I think that TFF wouldn't mind if I shared it but he didn't mention anything about it when he send it to me so I think it would be inappropriate to share it without his permission
