[Note: Start with the Control Tweak, unless you're a top team!]

Get ready to win. This tactic overachieves, big time. Haven't tried it with a big team yet, but that'll be a fun test next. So far we're winning in La Liga, League One, Bundesliga, and the Prem, with teams predicted to finish 9th or 10th. 2 DFs, the WM's will score a ton, and the football is fast and fun. Yes, you'll give up goals, but who cares, if you're scoring more. If you want to win the Golden Glove award, look elsewhere. If you want to overachieve and win, this is for you.

Do you recommend using right footed wingers on right side an left footed on left?

You can try! Honestly, I've just been using whoever is strongest in a ML/MR position, without worrying about what foot they are. They also cross a lot to the DF's though, so maybe right on right/left on left is better.

How do you play multiple saves like that? Do you play some matches in one save, load another, play some matches and so on?

Just load multiple leagues when you start a save, then add managers. Then you can play them all at once. I only control one team per league, so they don't affect each other, and then you can test a tactic in multiple leagues at once.
