Loving this so far, quick question, are you playing this in fm classic or fm normal? cause earlier on I saw you were using the fmc skin and talking about instant result but I also see you now have the normal skin?? KUTGW

Full game, just changed the skin because certain things don't show up right on the FMC skin

Yea possibly. Going to work my way north to Denmark as they only share a border with Germany it means I'll have to do the German leagues twice so want to get it over and done with asap

Marseilles

An important transfer window which could determine whether we can go that one step further and claim the league title.

It didn't start well as Jordan, our star player, wanted out. Eventually I got £32m for him from Man Utd.

I dominated many games but ended up losing somehow so hopefully Kone can find the goals to win the 3 points in such games.

Also have Kinho coming in on a free in January. I was about to pay £20m for him until I realised he was approaching the end of his contract. Top player.

Our business was done early when BOTH my goalkeepers got injured - one with a broken leg, the other a broken wrist so I had to find the funds for this chap. He's actually better than my current No.1 who will now be sold once he returns to fitness.

A small profit was actually made and that money was reinvested in upgrading the training and youth facilities though hopefully I'll have won the league and be off by then!

2024/25 Mid Season Update

MARSEILLE ON THE SUMMIT!

At the half way stage we sit top on goal difference but with a game in hand. Not bad considering we had a very slow start and were 8th at once point.

In a tough Champions League group of Man Utd, AC Milan and Celtic we went unbeaten and even topped the group. A great achievement given we have a relatively small squad.

This is an amazing story. Wish I trusted my assitant manager enough to leave it on auto result etc. Would get me through seasons much quicker.

I've only done the instant result for the last two seasons, played the rest but there isn't much difference in results.
 
2024/25 End of Season Update

THE GREATEST TEAM EVER!?!?!

Unbelievably we won everything! League, cups, Champions League. How I do not know. All I wanted was the league title and felt maybe a domestic cup or two was achievable but never did I think the Champions League would be returning to Marseille for the first time since 1993.

When I took over the club were deep in a relegation dogfight and could barely field 11 players most weeks.

With 10 games to save them it went right down to the final match with nothing but a victory needed to stay in the division and keep me my job. Thankfully a 4-1 win and results elsewhere ensured we survived.

For bigger team yes that approach but in charge of poorer teams like Wormeldange then I just use Rock Classic with assistant doindg opposition instructions
