European Auction Game

As FM 2010 begins step into the shadow of FM 2011 which is soon to be released I thought what better way to celebrate FM 2010 successes than to launch an auction game. I have setup a large auction game with the best 32 teams in europe competing in two separate divisions (see screenshots). All the teams in both divisions will be put into an auction game knockout cup and an auction game champions cup(see screenshots). I will auction of the best players from the rest of the teams around the world for you to put into your squads.​

Schedule

1. Auction 1 players will have a budget of 200m to bid for upto 15 players

2. Auction 2 players will be given an additional 200m + any of auction 1 budget left over , to bid for up-to 15 players

3. Auction 3 players will be given an additional 300m + any of auction 2 budget left over , to bid for up-to 20 players

4. Trading: Players will have 48 hours to negotiate trades between each other (using players from auctions or their existing players)

You must not EXCEDE your budgets.

Sign Up Rules

• Please only sign up for this game if you are committed as I am going to put alot of effort into this game and need committed people for it to work

• Teams will be allocated on a first come , first served basis

• Anyone who signs up and fails to meet any of the deadlines will have there team re-allocated

• Once all auctions are completed this will turn into a story. Enjoy

Would anyone like managers or stadiums to be in the auction as well ?
If you do bid for a manager in an auction then your current manager will be dispersed from the club you are at.

This is a good idea, but personally id take away some teams, as the editor said there are not many "world class" players. You should put the people who have picked teams into a league, then just add a few more teams.

Will1981 done that in his european auction game so I decided to adapt a new concept with two divisions. If people want to I could reduce teams to 14 or 12 in each league.

No , When all teams are taken I auction players from other teams around the world and you PM me your bids. Then after each auction I will list who has got certain players. At the end when the auctions are complete you will trade. Then you will Pm any of your trades , I will update the squads and I will create a new thread on FM stories about the game. So I will be unemployed and take screenshots of each game played and team of the month etc.
