APRIL EDITION
Welcome to our third instalment of the season and we take a look at the superclubs and see how they fared over the last couple of months.
Germany
Germany has been the centre of attention in recent times with a chairman bust up between Schalke owner and 1860 Munchen owner. Munchen owner commented how the better team was above Schalke in the league and let's see how these two got on.
1860 Munchen owner will be eating his words as his side has slipped too 6th in the league and look like a team that could be heading towards a downward spiral. On the other hand their is Lewie Roberts Schalke and they have been mightily impressive not just getting into the top 4 but are now top of the league with a one point advantage.
Stuttgart are still in the Champions League positions in 3rd place and with it being top in the top 5 they better hope they have some really strong form towards the end of the season.
France
We head to France and look at PSG and see whether they have took over dark horses Lorient.
Mr Smith's scheming plan of taking Lorient has... not worked and they sit 2nd five points off Lorient. Not only this but they have had to deal with losing manager Laudrup to Spanish giants Real Madrid. Although the chances of taking the title look slim, Champions League is still a possibility.
Spain
Today we look at Real Betis in Spain and are sitting in a Champions League spot, although they are miles away from challenging for the title the owner can be pleased they have managed to stay in the top four.
Italy
Italia a beautiful country with some of the most famous teams in the world and we see how a few of these coped in Serie A.
Atalanta currently sit fourth in Serie A and hope they can finish in the top four by when the season ends. They will be unhappy that Roma has jumped above them in the league to 3rd considering how poor they were doing in the first half of the season. New owner Jake Robinson will be happy he has been able to turn round Roma's fortunes and hope they can still make an impact in the title race.
Juventus have really picked up the pace and are running away with the league in first place they hope they can keep this up until the season ends.
England
Southampton have slipped recently and have not produced the goods like they did in the first half of the season maybe Messi can help them improve.
Hull, they don't need Messi as their league position proves. 1st in the league ahead some of the biggest clubs in England and that is a real good achievement for Hull.
Everton have slightly improved and sit in ninth, they still need to do a whole lot better if they want European football.
Cardiff have underachieved this year and are now in 16th place what does this hold for the manager. Ih his job safe?
Bolton have been impressive this year and are in 3rd place and look set to be in the Champions League for next season.
Portugal
Porto continue to dominate the league and sit 12 points above Benfica and look set to get Champions League football again and the title, whilst Benfica will be disappointed they have not been more of a challenge to Porto although they're in second place.
Holland
In Holland Ajax are second place one point behind 1st place, whether this is bad or good only the club knows but they have a very good chance of taking over Utrecht.
Belgium
League leaders Anderlecht are now in the Championship group in their league and also sit top of that mini league as well, is this set to be a successful season for Anderlecht?
Sorry about this so this update is now valid! Sorry for major confusion will promise to do better
