I'm a big fan of Arnautovic, hope he does well for you, but i think you have many strikers in your squad.
 
January (Part 1)

Another very hard month again for us, with Man United, Spurs and Sunderland, should be tough.

A good performance from Everton deserved win at Goodison Park. Defoe got his first goal on his debut, with a good performance to go with it.

A pretty good performance from my reserves put BC away in an easy fashion, we are now through to 4th round.

My best performance as Everton manager I think, we were solid at the back and great up front. Another League Cup Final vs Leicester.

Everton Win Again

Blackpool 0 vs 2 Everton

Berg (21) Defoe (69)



Defoe scores again for Everton as they beat Blackpool again to make the gap even bigger between 1st and 2nd place. Berg scored an awesome goal from outside the box to start the victory but then the goal of the game went to Defoe as a great passing move ended in a 20 yarder from Defoe.

Everton Draw At White Hart Lane

Spurs 1 vs 1 Everton

Van Der Vaart (16) - Berg (90+1)



A last minute goal from Marcus Berg saved Everton from defeat at White Hart Lane. Spurs, who are 5th placed, looked strong and were rewarded when Van Der Vaart scored a Free Kick from a long way out but they couldn't hold on.

Everton showed that it is possible to win against them at Old Trafford, with Man U winning 2-0. They controlled the whole game so it was no suprised they lost.

I played my reserves in this fixture and I was pretty impressed even though we didn't get many shots in we were organised, so I'm happy we are through.

No not fmrte just a chairman that loves to give, remember I did win prem and get a FA cup final
 
i think u should include the players who won the awards, world footballer of the year, striker of the year etc .........
