F1 2010: The Game (PS3/XBOX/PC)

I cannot wait for this game, I don't know how many other F1 fans there are on the site, but having seen some of the trailers it looks like its gonna be the best F1 game yet.

The release date is September 24 2010, to be released on PS3, XBOX 360, and PC.

Over recent weeks, Codemasters (the game's producers) have been releasing developer diaries, in five separate parts. They have gone through different aspects of the game, and I cannot wait for the release. This thread is for people to discuss the game when it is released, and what they like about it - (Therefore, mods, before you come jumping in, I am not putting this in the "What games are you looking forward to this year" thread...)

The "practice" version of the game came out last year for PSP and Wii (has anyone got it?) under the title, predictably, of F1 2009. I got it on the Wii and first impressions were not good. But come on...it is the Wii, after all. Everything is **** on the Wii.......

I would get it if it came out now, but it comes out the week I start uni...
Looks pretty good though, might get it when the price goes down
 
It would be nice if you could create your own track / car etc :)
 
I'm not an F1 fan,but this looks like a good game to pick-up and play.

I was always hoping there would be a F1 game for Xbox 360. I am looking forward to this game. Codemaster makes good racing games. :p
 
I cant wait! I've had enough of driving Jenson Button in his Brawn car on the 2009 game, bring on mclaren!!!!
 
Have they changed the release date? I thought it was coming out late august? :(
 
Codemasters make the best racing games, so this should be a stormer.

I'm gunna be spending ****** loads on games over the coming months. Kane And Lynch 2, Mafia II, F1 2010, PES, FIFA, FM 2010. Nightmare.
 
Looks a very good game, been waiting for an F1 game for ages now and will definitely be purchasing this.

I think you've made a mistake,don't you mean FM 2011* ? ;)
 
Looks pretty decent, but I only need one racing game. Forza for me.

Forza is top (I only need one more achievement to beat the game) but soon as the F1 game is out I will be mr F1. Forza 4 (so my friend told me) is using Kinect and so he said all you do is steer. Frankly I think Kinect is a pile of doo doo and I would just like F4 to have decent AI, unlike in F3 where they all seem to have Kamikaze moments and just crash straight into you. Course all thats irrelevant after September 24th :D

I normally play 2 anyway. I have 3, but online on 2 was more fun, less serious.

Will occasionally hop on 3 though.
 
I'm not a big fan of codemasters games. Always seemed pretty bob tbh, but it's formula 1. I might just actually take the gamble.
