1: Some ***** called legendtorres posted and created a thread saying he had players for sale and posted some link to his team. The link turned out to be a hack into your UT squad and if you clicked it then players and coins disappeared. I was stupid enough to click on it

2. Go onto the ultimate team web app to get the daily pack

Did you have UT for 09 and 10 because I think if you didn't then you cannot access the web app as it's still a beta

Thats probably the reason then. You could download UT for one of those versions and then access then web app or wait until its fully released
