Not much, bought some MS points to get the Black Ops map pack and had some points left over so I bought some packs and got Drogba in one of them who sells for 335K+ and just created a team from the money i got from him and generally i'm quite lucky with the packs.

Anyone wanna buy 85 Dzeko, 84 Modric, 83 Nani, 80 TOTW Macheda?? Or trade for Bundesliga players?
 
Yesterday, I sold some players and made 300k. Spent it all on packs to help Japan :)
 
I had Kaka Sneijder Villa Dani Alves Julio Cesar Cavani in form Alexis Sanchez in form Nani
 
Mind you, The best player I got was Walcott, but it's ok. It was for Japan :)
 
In all honestly, no. The chances of getting a decent player are fairly slim. I am quite lucky though. In the past I've gotten Messi and Etoo in form.

No, you only get **** players unless your CtPauley.
