Missed out on Shaqiri but judging by our finances that almost looks a blessing in disguise

As this is the start of season 4, I want to make sure that everyone will participate.
If you are going to participate next season, just PM me with your club and whether or not you will participate.

If I don't get those messages by the end of the second chance transfer window, clubs of those who haven't messaged will become free for anyone to take over.
