Not necessarily, you can make lower league transfers if you want although I think I'll change this rule for the next transfer window and second chance window to make it so that you can make maximum 3 lower league transfers in the initial transfer window and just one lower league transfer in second chance window.

Let me know if I've missed any transfers and if anything needs changing but as far as I'm aware everything should be spot on so I will start simulating in-game and will release an update for the month of August later today! In terms of updates frequency, I can put out as many as one or two a day if you want and considering I don't require you to post any "club updates", I think it'll be fun to just simulate through everything quickly and see how far this can go.
