Anybody seen Bruno yet?
went to see it friday and parts of it nearly made me wet myself!
especially the bit with the focus group for his tv show! hahaha!!
the comedy isn't as 'cruel' as Borat... i mean, he still takes the **** out of people who deserve it, but this one's more directed towards himself being outrageous!
A MUST SEE!

saw public enemies the week before last too, not great but a very good watch!

yeah i loved it was brilliant the guy with the beard was hilarious, also film i got on DVD recently which i love is Talladegga Night: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby makes me wet myself

I thought Bruno was ****. Had a few funny bits but the story was **** and most of it was just too 'gay'

Nowhere near as good as Borat 4/10

Really?!
Yeah it had no story, but it was the same as Borat in that way... and kind of followed the same plot!
I never expected it to be as good as Borat, I mean that's Sacha Baron Cohen's masterpiece, so I guess that's why I enjoyed Bruno so much!
 
Last film i saw was Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince. Worst film of all the Potter films i've ever seen and they've usually been watchable. Quite disapointed. :(

Oh i watched Aladdin last night though! :)

a was dragged along to see it, was proper boring like. same as public enemies what a let down, just saw bruno and thought it was canny tho

Yeah it was boring..even for a Harry Potter film. Just felt like nothing was happening and even when Dumbeldore died i felt like it was very anti-climatic even though it was the main thing in the film.

Incorrect.

It was funny in places but felt very forced and some viewing was even awkward. Nowhere near as good as Borat, probably better to watch if you haven't already seen Borat.

Not going to bother with HP because I have heard no good things.
 
i might watch it when it comes on sky, just because i have seen the rest.

watched interview with a vampire again the other day...still giving it a 7/10

Im not really incorrect if its my opinion. I found it funny and as i said Borat was more funny and better but still i found Bruno very funny.

And HP for me is a no no
 
Watched Bronson last night,the story of Charlie Bronson,Britains most violent and notorious long term prisoner.It tries to take you inside Bronsons mind,and thats not a place i particularly wanted to visit.The film is occasionally funny and often violent as you would expect but there is no real story to it and is ultimately a disappointment.However Tom Hardy's performance as Bronson was excellent.
 
Hes not that notorious lol. Most people have never heard of him.

He was quite well known in the 70s & 80s,the tabloids were always on about him taking prison guards hostage assaulting inmates.He originally went inside for armed robbery,he got 7 years.35 years on he's still inside and he's spent over 20 years of that in solitary confinement.
