Hard to please eh?

Just watched Oldboy

I dont usually like sub-titled movies but really got into this one. great film with a great twisted twist at the end 9/10.

Got back into my torrents from Pass the Popcorn recently. GF has been bugging me to get hold of Bridesmaids. It's a decent watch with a few laughs, but certainly not the female Hangover that it was rumoured to be.

The film either needed to concentrate on the fued between Helen and Annie and adopt a more chick flick approach, or it needed to include much more of Melissa McCarthy's character Megan (the closest thing to a female version of Alan from the Hangover) and become a comedy. Instead it tries a wishy washy blend of both which is neither funny enough to satisfy the people craving a female Hangover, nor is it 'chick flicky' enough to satisfy people looking for that type of film.

Hearing (mostly) sexy women swear profusely is somewhat arousing however....

Solid enough film, 6.5/10

Just finished watching Heat. Long film, but it's worth it. I mean come on. Pacino and De Niro in the same film. Loved it.

9/10

Finished watching "Too big to fall". 10/10. Great movie! I recommend it strongly.

Watched Paul again before, good film; nothing too taxing and gotta love Frost/Pegg combo. 8/10.

Inception. One of the best movies ever, imo

I´m a big Nolan fan, Inception was brilliant and can´t wait to see the new Batman. I think it´s going to awesome! Big up to Nolan for not shooting it in 3D-sh*t. i just recently watched the devil wears prada, lovely movie for any fashion fans. you can really see that much of the budget was spent on designer shoeshttp://www.zalando.co.uk and stuff.

I've just seen Marley and me. I was misled into thinking it was a happy comedy about a dog. Is it ****. The end is utterly depressing. If you love dogs, watch it by all means. But for gods sake avoid the ending. It'll tear you up.

Or if you don't want to waste your time watching a **** film aimed at females and dog owners...

The dog dies. <-- Incredible storytelling

In my defence though, I didn't put it on lol. I was happy playing FM and listening to the football discussion on the radio. I was told it was really good and funny. Should've known better I suppose. On the plus side though, makin up for it with Godfather Part 2.

Godfather Part 2. Absolute classic of epic proportions.

Watched 'Lost in Translation' last night - not quite sure I get it. :/

Two people meet in Tokyo, form an unlikely and eventually deep relationship, then one has to go back to NY and it's all very sad.

Great acting, but... Just... What's the point?
