Week 9
Man Utd vs Swansea
The Welsh side had an impossible start to the year hence being in the relegation zone after 1 win from 8. However this will be no walk over as they have already taken a point from Stamford Bridge & Anfield and with a standard United depleted midfield, Only Fellaini & Di Maria make the squad after injurys wiped out all other 5 potential midfielders. If either of them go down either Rooney has to step back or Jones comes forward. There is nothing else in the tank.
Man Utd 4-0 Swansea

The team looked well fired up after the shameful Stoke experience. The now standard 1st attack 1st goal came from RVP before Young made the game safe at 2-0. Van Persie had the Hattrick in the bag well before half time. Second half was a snoozfest as the guys seemed to have settle for the 4 goals and looked forward to next week.

While all was going well for us inside Old Trafford things away from home were not to bad either. Sadly Tottenham picked up win but in doing so beat potential top 4 rivals Liverpool. Bad news ends there. Palace beat Man City thanks to a stoppage time Camakh goal. Hull held Chelsea to a 0-0 draw. QPR relyed on home form to beat Arsenal 2-1. One result that did mean the end of the line was Evertons 3-0 win over West Ham which saw them drop deeper into the bottom 3 and saw a turbulent end to the turbulent Sam Allardyce era. West Ham are one of the four sides that are standing out at the bottom of the table. At the top were now only 1 point behind surprise package Tottenham and Chelsea 2 points behind. Liverpool lead the race for the final champions league place. Man City 2 points behind in 7th and Arsenal oh Arsenal are having a mare in 10th on 13 points
Carling Cup
Man Utd 5-0 Birmingham

A back up side if you want to call it that saw off the Brummie's with absolute ease. Tougher tie awaits in the Quarter Finals as we face a trip Everton.
