I have always wanted to start one at a MLS team but the salary cap always puts me off of doing one, has anyone done one before?

A.D. Alcorcon. Stadium holds only 3K, but when you get promoted you are in La Liga. Finances are stable. Might go in the red but board will help out a little bit as well.

A really good team is Paris Saint-Germaine. Good board. I just started a save with them where I'm buying a lot of youngsters and selling the old players. I think the average age for the senior squad starting xi is 23-24 and beat Lyon 4-0. The Ligue 1 also only restricts you to 4 non-EU players, everything else is unlimited. So lots of options.

Hey mate, you have to unlock it following these steps:
Unlock German National Team - Getting started FAQ - Forums

The reason SI doesn't allow you to manage teams like Germany and Japan and why they have fake players is because they don't have the licenses for them, etc. But it is possible to get the real player names for Germany and manage the national team if you follow the steps in the link above. You basically delete the fake.lnc file and do some other stuff hope this helps

Oh yeah and this might be helpful as well, this is to fix the names of players and competitions, if you don't already have the file, just follow the steps. The other link was for unlocking, this is for real player names (not just for Germany)
