Umm, why not try the San Marino challenge ? or you could look through the lower leagues and see who has good finances/media prediction etc?

Can't think off the top of my head haha. Maybe try Pescara in Italy's B league . They have a good young player in Verratti and have like 900k to spend

But Serbia is in Southern Europe mate. If you asked me about teams in Southern Europe I would have had completely different suggestions (though Red Star would definitely be one of them)

Heh trust me mate, I'm from Macedonia so Serbia borders us to the north and we are considered as Southern-European countries. So you can't really say eastern and mean the Balkans, unless maybe the only exception can be Romania

hello! i want to be a team in eurpoe( not england) that are playing in the europa league,has potential to win their home league and gets a decent cash sum somewhere along the line! ideally,bit like arsenal( who i support,but alraedy have a save with them, and they dont play in the europa. prob will next season!
