FM 2012 - Who should I be?

A team outside of Britain that has awesome kits (will never manage anyone with a **** kit because I'm a picky ****)and are in Europe or have a decent chance of getting there within 2 seasons.

Feyenoord Rotterdam = awesome kits and pretty interesting imo

Hmmm... Not many with that criteria. Perhaps Deportivo, Sampdoria, MTK or River?

I suck at the game. I want a team in championship that is easy in expectations/average skill level/ finance. Doesnt need to win the league first season but should have a future.

On a sidenote i will not use a plug and play tactic but will be trying to use one of Thebetterhalfs tacs

Another one I just thought of (that is sort of obvious) is AS Monaco.

After having successful long save with Everton and Huddersfield I fancy a change of country, now the update is out and installed I want to get myself into a save that will last me until the new game comes out, I was thinking maybe somewhere like Holland or Portugal where I could make the country better by winning things in Europe. Vitesse perhaps? They have a pretty **** squad and staff to begin with, but a healthy transfer buget (about 10M) and a sugar daddy.

I have been playing fm for 2 years now and I want a new challange on fm 12 i have mainly been changeing the chelsea side around but after HAVING THE OLDEST PLAyer being 28 and finishing the season undefeated i realy want a new challange similar to chelsea E.G old squad any ideas? i might even make a story out of it

If you can get a team of under 30s in Italy then something is wrong. So yeah, you should try that.
