Which brazilian team should I be? I want a team with really good youngsters & a team that'll dominate South America in the future.
Which team got the MOST and BEST youngsters?

I'm looking for a club in Spain thats closest to the bottom. But what I'm aiming for is that I will eventually go up the ranks and get to the Liga BBVA, Spanish Cup, and Champions League and eventually win them.

Xerex, Granada, Tenerife etc?

Other Info: Any club would do which is in a situation similar to Portsmouth or even tougher.

Have done saves with wolves and leeds winning the champions league, would like to do the same with a lower tiered outfit. Preferably want some money so that I'll have something to build with and not be working in complete poverty. Oh and I'll be using the lfc marshall update so all promotions/relegations have occurred

Crawley have a fair bit of money and are in League 1.
 
Country: Italy, France, Netherlands, Germany or Portugal, preferably.
Tier: Bottom tier in the respective country
City: At least 500,000

I want to take a club from the bottom to the top and into the CL. I wouldn't mind doing it in a different league, as long as the top tier competitive, as I find leagues of lower statures aren't as competitive at the top level. Not too keen on England or Spain, as I also want to grow the league. The city size is so the club has the ability to grow.
