Try boavista, They're from Porto. In 2003 they managed to get tot the semi finals in the UEFA cup. They're currently playing in the third tier. They've got financial problems, see if you can get them back to the top!

Division : Any, first div and 2nd are preferable
Money : Rich or Stable

I'm looking for a club that has a few but not too bad (and not too good either) players and pretty much anyone would wanna join there.

Are they still in the third tier? I had a fantastic save with them last year, took them to the CL, but never won the league.

FCK in Denmark.

So I'm starting a new game in FM12 and am looking for a new team. However i'm lost for choice and need help. What I'm looking for is a team with a good youth system, good transfer fees at the beginning of a game and is not a big club like Chelsea, Manchester United, etc, etc. Please post the name of the team and their transfer budget for minimum expectations.

Thanks

Country/Continent: Europe
Tier: 1st/2nd
Financial state: Rich
Media Prediction: Doesn't matter.

I'm looking for a team full of solid young players with a financial backing that can allow me to set up for future success. I want to create a save where I can build a solid team, but not have it be too easy. I want to one day have the "Barca" or "Real Madrid" or "Manchester United" team that is the best in the world, but in a lesser known Country (ie. Holland, France, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark etc.)

Nothing too easy, but nothing too difficult. Thanks!

Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Dortmund, Malaga, Shakhtar Donetsk, PSG, Ajax, Schalke etc. I highly doubt you will get thhe financial backing you want in either Sweden or Denmark. Also, you'll find that hardly any player is willing to go there :D

Tier: 1
Financial state: stable
Media Prediction: 8-12

Other Info: I'd like a team that is not that good but not that bad either, doesn't have to be rich but should have enough cash to build for the future. Thank you.
