Well I just destroyed Huddersfield with my average Hartlepool squad. It's safe to say they 8-1 big **** (chicken/cow/falafel :P). I would try out Sheffield (Wed). I don't knwo their media prediction, but they are a club with a good history and their financial status is 'secure'.

Europe
tier 1-2
financial state stable
mid table prediction
Looking for a team that has a good support and stadium, so i can take them forward.

Npower Championship.
5th to 15th prediction

Southampton mate!!!
35.000 stadium, state of the art youth facilities and 7mil transfer budget!

Country/Continent: Preference for England/Europe.
Tier: If in England Championship or League 1/2 If in Europe top tier .
Financial state: Not in debt but not extremely rich.
Media Prediction: Preferably mid table/bottom half.

I'm honestly awful at managing teams with a lot of money as I overspend and change the team completely meaning things just end up a mess, I also don't like big teams as I am very bad at doing well in the league with them. Would prefer an English team but teams on the continent are also fine.:)

Hey, i would like to manage a league 2 club, preferably one that isnt expected to promote. The club should have good finances and if possible a national reputation. Thanks.

No League 2 club starts with a national reputation. I think the two Sheffield clubs are the only League 1 clubs that start as national reputation, Anyway I would recommend Crawley.:)

A friend of mine is doing the Blue Square region to Premier achievement and is doing it with Woking. He is now in his fifth year and is in Championship. I've kept track and they seem like a pretty average Blue Square region side, I'd suggest them, or maybe a slightly higher team from the Blue Square Premier level above that, someone like Gateshead.

Want to start in Italy.

Cannot decied between Lazio or Roma.

Roma seem to have the better squad but Lazio may be more of a challange.....

Any thoughts?

I may be biased, since I have a soft spot for Roma, and hate Lazio... But go for Roma. It's a good challenge really. The team has potential, but it's hard to get it out of them.

Hi all,

after a long time out and a busy schedule, I will be buying FM12 tomorrow. So I want to ask you all, who would be a decent Championship team to play with!? and are there any good cheap players out there!??? Also, how would you rate the game play from last years FM?

Thanks in advance :)
