I reckon for every save you go over you get -10 points and every save under you get +10 points.
 
Ridiculous poor form. Absolutely mind boggling. But I got fired. I'm going to try and get a job elsewhere and come back to the team later on, does that still count? I had some good signings coming in on the 1st.

Oh so frustrating. Okay, time for attempt #2.

Is it okay to get rid of all other countries except for england so the game goes faster?

Yes, of course this is what you must do. Sometimes I try to leverage even further by doing the "after 50 league appearances" thing.

But this doesn't have as much success so I feel as if I'm wasting my time. But the 48 months thing works consistently. I usually pay 0 up front.

After getting fired during my first season with some good players--or so I thought, at the time--like Febian Brandy and a few others, I was a bit discouraged. But on my 2nd attempt I immediately fired my staff and hired Tony Coton as AM and a higher quality physio and scout. I think David Hamilton will sign for fairly cheap. He is 18/18.

Anyways, a few players that I signed on FREE TRANSFERS have turned out to be massive. One is Francas and the other is Spinesi. These two are magical working together up front. Also, a player named Simone Barone and also Luccin are great for me in the CM position.

It was such a stark contrast from my first attempt. I lost all my friendlies because I was busy trying to sign players but then when I was able to fill the team up they started winning.

I'm on my laptop but I'm going to go in and try to use the STEAM screenshot feature to upload some images.

Finished my first season and it went oddly well. I decided to turn on "assistant manager sets directions at beginning of game" and so far it seems to be resulting in better play. Who knows, though.

Ok, time to get some of those screens.

Probably not, I just joined up yesterday and have to repost my starting screenshot.

Uh oh, it says I need 10 players of english nationality for npower league 2. I have plenty of them as U21 but it looks like I need to have them take a spot in the 25. Hmm... who to cut...

Yeah Spinesi!! Actually, Febian Brandy has started to improve greatly later in the season. But early season it was all Franca, and then Spinesi took over, and then Brandy started making an impact(AM would choose him to start more).

I can't seem to find the player stats or team stats but the pass completion rate was insane for this team. I think FM Base had like thetop 8 out of 10.
