win 7. and dbc just doest work. doesnt show up in the selection screen when i start a new game. all the xml's do

try putting it in Documents/Sports Interactive/FootballManager2010/editor data

I have Windows 7 and the .dbc do work.

All it does is compress the .xml file to make it smaller.

Well Windows 7 was my idea so I know for a fact they work, I made sure of it!
