FM14.2 - 442, Success all levels, P&P

for some reason i keep on getting so many red cards using this tactic. i tried changing the team instruction for get stuck in and i still am getting players sent off every 2 matches
 
First season came 2nd with portsmouth. 91 league points. Scored 103 goals conceeded 66. Defence was abit leaky but apart from that a solid tactic.
 
I'm using this tactic with Leeds, first season. Had to tweak it a little to make it suitable for my strikers (Connor Wickham on Loan as a Complete Striker and Ross McCormack as a False 9). Only other signings i made are Nick Montgomery (?50k from Gold Coast Marriners) and Aaron Mokeana (backup to Lees, Pearce and Wooton).

I'm 15 games in and 7 points clear at the top, including a 5-1 over QPR.

Would recommend highly!
