You most likely won't need Nani, you should look into selling him. I got around a similar offer for him after the 1st year, 49 Million pounds upfront by Chelsea, so I guess close enough. Try and renegotiate to see if you can get the full amount upfront, but otherwise Deal/.

Persist with Jones and Sinclair. You don't want to overcrowd an area of your team, especially since there are probably other areas of the team that could do with that 3 million.
no deal. i've seen his value rise to 27.5m pounds in my game so you probably want to keep him. one of the best b2b mid in the game imo.
