Milan plays EL 3rd preliminar round this year, the club finished 6th. Is Inter Milan that doesn't go in Europe because finished 7th.

why are there so many transfers (future transfers) not sorted?

a few examples are Depay is still at Man Utd, Payet is still at west ham, Gabriel Jesus is still not at Man City.

they all have future transfers, but they should have gone through by now

Make sure you're starting with official 17.3 database as well as Pro's update
