I know its early lol but what changes would you want to see for 2010?

I reckon being able to tell your subs to warm up before they come on would be good.
 
Choose sponsorship deal

and be involved in you clubs income more, dealing with ticket prices, selling replica shirts etc
 
lol fm 09s only been out 2 months. I think it would be good if you could prepare the subs and tell them wha you want the todo beforethey go on. Also i think it would be good to add things like squad diners and personal stuff to increase squad harmony .what do you think?
 
You can do that kind of you can tell for example Gerrard to arrange a team meeting about the drop in morale or form lol
 
seems quite early to talk about this.....instructing subs would be a nice touch, but sponsorship and income etc should just be left to the board

but in real football management when do managers decide on building a new ground......thus why every year Si overlook people requesting that feature

It's not really early seeing as SI will be working on the next version already.
 
People dont Get injured as often as 09 and manage teams even lower like ridgeons premier league would be immense ;] as i play for Dereham in that league
 
Ideas about building own stadiums, setting ticket and shirt prices are stupid. If you want that either play LMA or make your own game called Football Chairman and Board 2010.

The idea about subs is good though. Expanding on the press conference would be good. E.g. If you lost, and were asked you could be given options such as 'the defence wasn't good enough', 'they outplayed us' or 'couldn't hit a cow's **** with a banjo' etc.

Also bring back side arrows!

Definately more interaction at press conferences. I find 90% of the answers I give are the second option down out of the five. It is a brilliant idea but needs alot of work. Why would my squad react well to me saying who I want the world player of the year to be, when Iv slammed someones performance in the same press conference??

Also the whole stadium involvement isnt a good idea, its not a managers decision to make !
 
more interaction with players and no more barcelona winning leagues with 101 pts and being able to tell that I want to go slow in defence and fast in attack (meaning give individual instructions about speed)
 
it will be good if we can warn them.. ^^

maybe.., using our wage for something (build a house, buy a car, go to midnight club)
have a wife, child ....huahuahua... it'll we be great!!
 
i also agree with more involvement in sponsorship and stadium, it may not be a manager job but it would be funnier
 
Manage your clubs income more like buying stock for the club shop etc.
I'd love to be able to request that the board build a new stadium too!
 
i don`t see why having the option to build your own stadium is such a stupid idea, in prefrences you could untick the option and not have it in your game if your in the lower leagues it would make the game alot better than to kept asking to expand and getting refused when ur max attendence is like 2,000 and u have made it to the prem its a pain in the ****! also lma is **** and there is no football chairman manger 09 and as for making one i wouldn`t know where to start! u could mess with data editor and make attendence higher but then thats just lame!

more interaction between clubs, and stop the stupid thing about players getting ****** because coaches throw flowers to each others, they do that all the time (not rafa and alex lately though)
