okay so, lets say I put an offeensive midfielder with an arrow to the right.
When the opponene thas got the ball, he stays in center (without free role and normal creativity).
And when the teams gains position, he ''roboticallys floows his arrow to move into his assigned player position, once there he makes a play related move'', meaning he moves to the right meaning he goes down to a flank meaning the team attacks with more width.

do you proved me right? You're an odd man.

or you can add superior numbers to a weakening opponenet side, you know it has its uses but something makes me strongly believe that you'll find something to say.

Improvements in the graphics (3D), press conferences, and maybe a chance to be a player/manager, sort of like Be a Pro on FIFA with the Managing game.

i reckon most of the ideas above are good.. but i reckon an improved accuracy of attributes would go a long way, because even the best players in the championship (that in real life are capable of playing in the prem) arent very good in the game. if they wernt so harsh on the lower team players and so generous on the better players...mid table teams would be able to buy players from lower division. it would give smaller teams a chance to beat bigger teams and sell ther players for more money(like you see in real life) players like rooney for example are quality players but dont score alot of goals(in real life) and yet he seems to score all the time.
i think value of most players should go down... this years version is better for prices but still needs to improve. i think the value of players in FIFA 09 is better... you can get players like iniesta for like 15million...whereas in FM its gunna cost double.

teams getting relegated should be a bigger thing.. for example..if a team does go down they should sometimes need to affload some bigger players(for ALOT cheaper) in order to keep their wage budget down.
what ya reckon??

I think Edrick's idea would be cool, but as someone else said, you have Sim's for that. It is a waste shoing how much you have earned in your career & not being able to spend it.

I put my wage as low as possible as it comes off your overall wage budget & goes nowere 'cos you cant spend it yourself!

That should say 'It's a waste showing how much...'

Make it so the keeper can actually stop own goals from happening. The amount of times I've seen the keeper just watch the ball roll in after it bouncing off his defence is shockingly high, and quite pathetic.

definatley.....how irritating!!!!!

Would definitely like to see more options in the team-talk setting.

Sometimes there just isn't any option close to what i'd love to say to the team given the chance in real life; whether it be after a good win or an embarrassing loss.

I know you can take your team on tours etc, but I think warm weather training camps mid season, and stuff like that.

Maybe an option of staying in hotels before away games or not. You could choose at the start of the season and it applies for every game.

Maybe you can set training to focus on specific things when you train in oppositions stadium before european matches.

I loved the curled runs on 08.....they should bring that back for Fm 2010!
Also they should do something about the serial activation codes, instead of stopping people from robbing them they're robbing the game back from people who pay good money for it!
They should look to complete leagues/clubs and players from countries other than England, Italy and Spain. THe Irish league for example is in-complete with loads of bad data entries.

lower leagues, the option of managing the womens side for the ladies or anyone who wants to start in there would bring more of a mixed *** buying crowd.

To be able to use your earnings in football to buy football clubs and run them as a director, appointing your own managers, interfering with tactics an signings or leaving him to get on with it.
A LMA manager style stadium builder.

id like a option like to hold a youth day like on otha manager games or like chelsea did in real life with football icon and get more players in from lower league id like to manager my home town dinnington town. also more complex transfer deals like how u go about bidding for a player and contract neg's with players and get a medical report from is medical.

I Reckon Training Could Be a better and more question of the media there the same ones everytime gets a bit boring answer the same too. Maybe More choices at the start of the game with team talks. also the idea about the subs is great

being able to manage teams beyond the blue square north/south would be too good, for the love of god please add this lol.

i remember i had a game YEARS ago, Ultimate Soccer Manager 98 haha

You could expand your stadium, build club shops and restaurants outside the ground, create set pieces and match plays.

some of these features would add a nice little touch, although I think final decisions on the stadium and facilities should stay with the board

A feature I would like to have is to select when you play your re-arranged games, and whether you want to postpone a game for international duty.

It annoys me if you are successful ina couple of comps, that you're last week of the season, you have to play Sat, Mon, Wed, Sun. On occasion the penultimate week of the season is equally crammed.

I'd like to see rearranged games earlier in the season, and also, sometimes you have 3 players you never play, that are in your reserves, that means your game is postponed for internationals, which is frustrating.

p.s.Ultimate Soccer Manager was a great game, but I had a much earlier version than 98, for the Amiga.

on fm 2010 i would want them to get rid of the 3d match engine it just doesnt suit fm 2d classic rules!

they should only bring back the 3d engine thingy when they get it exactly right like include the fans, real life looking stadiums, see your subs sitting on the bench:), and to see yourself on the side lines making a fool out of yourself, linesman, corner flag, real life looking grass(right now they look there just painted green), to make the ball move good aswell like - curl, stop the ball bounce too often aswell. and so on. if you get me.

because the 3d match engine on fm 09 right now look totally wierd just doesnt look right.
