Football Manager 2010 changes?

i think we should be able to create a player, like on fifa or pro evo
 
There should be a way to view a ranking of competitions all time top goal scorers.
 
this might of allready been said but id like to see gradients on pitchs as some lower leagues/non league grounds have a slope and as far as im aware that isnt taken into account on FM09 id also like to see some improvments to the 3d match mode
 
Less 'features' please. The CM3 generation more or less had the right balance. All these transfer rumours, press confrences, team talks yada yada are getting out of hand and don't really make sense anyway. All this stuff over the years just feels like some fluff that has been attached... badly. The game has turned into a messy click-fest.
I would prefer less features, but have a game that can run a large amount of leagues at high speed, a more logical match engine, and a simple, stream lined tactical wizard.
 
I'd like 2 see more detailed stadium on 3D cause they are only grey outlines.
 
being able 2 build academys abroad and nurturing even younger talent. (wonder children)

affiliate with clubs you want and not the board drafting you teams that never seem 2 play therefore players sent there dont improve!

being able 2 take ur manager profile from one game 2 the next, just becoz youve started a new game or the next years installment doesnt mean ur not a world class manager.

and why is a player ie guilerme for my rangers team year4 at LB worth 10 million then wen ac milan buy him it goes up substantally!

the 3d game is good but not great could do with running smoother.

choose were 2 send players for surgery,

be able 2 vue more of your manager stats and take more a role in training 2 improve them ie attack. defence etc
 
don`t know if it has been said but they should make and instant save after a match ends so theres no temption to replay those champ league/facup finals! could have it as and option at the start with no going back!
 
I think there should be more interaction between the managers and the board. For example at the moment it is a one way relationship, they send you mails and you cannot reply. Atm you can't even click on them, it's like they don't even exist apart from to tell you you can't have any more transfer funds.

I would like it to be possible to have a word in with the board for example with takeovers I am fed up of having guys who are not willing to invest in the club when they take over, it would be nice to be able to say to the chairman before he sells to only sell to the guy/consortium who would be able to take the club forward the best.

I would also like it to be possible to have in the editor how much the guy is worth and how much of their worth they would be willing to invest, at the moment there is just the section which has resources 1-20 but for example with Man City they have almost unlimited funds now. Also to be able to create companies instead of random consortiums appearing without any name.

I think just upgrades on the database and how nations you want to select however, at the same time I think they should speed the season up by not having to wait for results to take for ages to come through as it takes me over a days worth of game to complete a season.
