Hey just wondering how you did at the start, since with my database(which is actually the same as yours) and loading all english/based in england players,guerney just has like 6 or 7 players.
This was requested so here is a picture of my finances after my player sales.
The board threw close to 4m in tranfer budget at me aswell as agreeing all the improvements. The improvements will eat up all the money.

. Are you going full youth or are you buying players?yes it is i don't understan wont work
There is an option to fill playable teams with players, I ticked it and it gave me a load of regens.

Love this story and am thinking of doing something similar with Romsey Town who are in the Wessex League
Looking through for a good story and came across this, absolutely amazing story fair play. loving what you have done with guernsey and hoping that the championship and prem league what be to fair off. shall be keeping an eye on this story to see it develop.

Not sure if you have said you are or not, but do you plan on trying get the England job and see how many Guernsey players you can get into the squad whilst hopefully winning all the international honours

I think we are a good few seasons off the prem, we don't have the depth to survive yet.
I sign all greyed out players regardless of ability. It's the game telling you that you don't have enough players.
Some coaches though arn't that good. Pienar for example is average at best but he is a name and seems to be doing ok to me.
It may be a seconday challenge for me because after champions league i'm not sure what to do.
they should be in the database i linked in my first post. Unless they are lower than level 9 then i dont know.
These are excellent news and at that price should represent a huge jump.

This years youth intake proves my point of we keep producing wingers that we can use.
Two stand out candidates who should be challenging for first team shortly.
Max Brazil
A quality left footed right winger. Closest i'm going to get to a Brazillian player. Could challenge as early as next season for a starting place. Looks Premiership quality to me.
Alessandro Pavanello
Another quality English/Italian off the Guernsey production line. Can challenge next season really happy with this kid. Also looks Premiership quality to me.
I have made no secret of my desire to win the Johnstones Paint Trophy. Last i updted we were in the semi final. So how did we get on?
4-0 aggregate put us in the final against Hartlepool. Could we take the final step?
I may not get another crck at this trophy so i'm really happy to win it. I'm happy the see Lunardis replcement McNiell getting MOM even if he has been questionable this season.
