This was my minimum aim for the season, Since we're here lets see what we can do to win it.

Plymouth again this will be our 5th and 6th meetings this season. They stuffed us 4-0 in the league so we are out for revenge.

When they scored first i thought we were out, fear not though as a Jason Sainsbury inspired team would win out in the end.

Howler from my captain to put us 1-0 down. Even when we levelled we were the second best team. We deserved to lose, extra time flattered us.

I saw your tactic earlier in the thread but what sort of team/player instructions did you have. also did you use opposition instructions and shouts at the very low levels.

team/player instructions are left as is and no shouts. If something goes wrong i'll change formation. I also have a 4-6-0 formation for if we are getting tonked.
 
ok... Im giving the whole lower league management challenge a go and I saw how well your tactic worked and thought that I might give it a try.

The biggest benifactor from my new formation has been Hugh Simon. Bagging POTY and top goal scorer finally giving me my 30 goal a season man, who knew I already had him! Both dedicted to me and to think i was going to drop him 4 games into the season...

How did Lunardi get on with Stoke? Has he earned a call up to the national team?
 
im in pre season at the moment and only lost 2 of my 5 friendlies (both against Swindon and Cheltenham) but I have so many players that I nothing about as most are regens. what would you say is the best thing to do to really get to know who your best players are.
 
Great stuff.

Might pick up such a challenge myself. Been a bit disillusioned recently, such a save might bring back the spark.

I'll screenshot him later on for you. I was too caught up in my promotion challenge and forgot to check.

I had my assistant pick for my friendlies then assessed how they played. Then i dropped and promoted where i felt it was needed

It is great fun, except when i don't get promoted that's no fun....
 
You just inspired me to do a save with AFC Liverpool, last division of English football. Maybe I'll even write a story! Thank you!
 
unluckey to miss out on promotion but ur nearly there..u will defo got upnext year
 
i am now gonna take a look and see what team is near me in the depths of english footy and be them..i download the database from here....ur story is such an inspiration
