Hey Ben, with Real, only attacking movement. But with a weaker team, I would also use defensive positioning against stronger opposition.
 
Trying the 4231 with a lesser team, in fact a dreadful team! Playing as Crewe who are predicted bottom of league 1 and the squad is questionable! Currently sitting 1st after 15 games scoring 39 and conceding 16, I play drop deeper and no offside because my CBs are so slow and bad! Will continue to update but I imagine with good players this would be a free flowing tactic!
 
Superb tweak there mate... just beat Juventus 3-0 at home with Roma. (I do have a stronger squad.. now that it's 2017.. but still I just plugged in and played in February.. mid season as my other tactics have began stagnating)

Half season: 19 games, 19 wins, 95 goals for, 10 against. Very good, even for Real.

So I decided to leave Roma when my squad turned on me for not allowing Rulli to go to PSG... I wanted a new challenge anyway :P (I had won the Champions league using the 4231 tweak also... I'm glad that Barcelona approached me anyway..) I have used Barcelona's vast financial resources to bring Munir, my regen and Balanta to Barceona anyway.. ;)

UPDATE

I promised myself I wouldn't do this but what the ****.
I have improved the original tactic to be alot more sound defensively and more clinical in attack.
The results I have had are exceptional. ******* mindblowing. Interested to see what everyone else gets.

was about to try the original but I guess I'll be trying this instead!

The original was good offensively but a sack of ***** defensively.

Worked on the combinations and movement in terms of player instructions. Fine tuned it basically.

It is not a diablo but I think it's the best I can honestly do on this version of the game. My work is done :)
I'm doing a final test season with Palace again to see just how good it can be with an underdog.
I've been smacking the **** out of the lower leagues and with big teams.

Wow! My current record with Real is 34 games, 34 wins, 173 goals for and 21 against in the first season so far, using the 4231 tweak. If this is better, it will be amazing.

Anyway, congratulations and please don't stop sharing tactics, most people here appreciate your work.

Jesus. The tactic is brilliant but the ME is killing me. Collapsing from 2-0 and 3-0 down with a decent Villa squad I've built. My laptop is close to being smashed at the moment.
