Finished my second season with Birmingham City, my first season in the Premier League.

Transfers were as follows;

As you can see, a pretty successful season with a team full of mainly Championship players, so I think coming 5th was a proper achievement. We still scored tons of goals and didn't concede too many, so I'm looking forward to the next season in Europe, especially with a 35M transfer budget and 500k wage budget!

Once again, thank you for the tactic!

It's been a few months since I last played this game, but now it's time for me to get back in to Football Manager. This tactic looks really promising, and I will play with this with Racing in Adelante. They are predicted 17th, but I think I will do much better than that. The first training match went really good. Won 6-0, but the most awesome about it, I had 47 shots. I've never ever had that many shots in one match before. Looks promising ;)

Here are some pictures from my saws with bayern munich yes know it is a big team. but just wanted to show how it went
patch 15.2.1 and final version ?

did anybody try 4-2-3-1 with an average team?
I did with below average Lowestoft Town - always tipped for relegation - won the conf p/off, reached fifth round of FA Cup beating three higher division teams incl drawing away at Championship Leicester City and beating them at home in the replay. I'm now second in League Two (November). I did change the F9 to Def Striker (support).

fantastic tactic, thank you guys. for anyone just starting the season with the 4-2-3-1 tweak, having the match prep on teamwork all the way through the season has worked absolutely wonders for me. I have had seasons where I experimented with def. pos or att movement but for some reason teamwork makes the team rock solid in defense as well as an absolute tornado in attack.

Milan second season, using the 4231 tweak. 10 games, 9 wins, 48 gf, 12ga.

Good team, but nothing extraordinary:

This is the 4231 tweak of the FourTwoFour.final version. Only difference to the previous .1 version is in the DC instructions (removing the close down more/less). That's the version I'm currently using: https://www.mediafire.com/?za1qdlufa5q6tyh

Started using the final tweak after losing 5-1 to Everton.

I have built a decent side (only in my 2nd full season with Villa) so bear that in mind.

I've also found using the touchline team talks work wonders. Especially 'encourage' if nothings really happened at 25 mins and 'concentrate' as soon as you go 2 clear goals in front. I also use 'tighten up' in the last 10.

Cheers for the tactic.

Hey Marcelo...I know your an attacking movement match prep man...but just wanted to check that your still using that with AC Milan?...sexy results by the way!

That's right, attacking movement. I would only use defensive positioning against a world class team away from home.

This is a great tactic. I've only played 4 official games with Arsenal to test it, and the results have been incredible, even though it's not close to familiar for my team yet. I think this tactic is that good that it doesn't need much time to gel, hehe. Started with a 4-0 win over Man City in Community Shield and then a comfortable 3-0 win over Tottenham in the derby. This is good enough for me to start a long term save with another team :)
