FourTwoFour - Plug and Play EPL WITH Palace 1st season no transfers

Well done mate! I am doing something similar as you do, playing a conference south team Hayes wanting it to achieve liked you have. Champions league!

What training and Match Prep u use?

yeah defo! Its really cool by taking the long way towards succes and making a name out there! Hope its gonna work for you!

*Pre-Season: General Training: Tactical-Average // Scheduling: 40%+allow rest after // Match Preparation: Match Tactics
*As soon as Season Starts: General Training: Balanced-Average // Scheduling: 30%+allow rest before&after // Match Preparation: Att. Movement

Do you invest a lot into players or just train up youngsters?

*I basically have a mix to be honest as Zivkovic is 26 / gauld 26 for example both strikers are 23 and some are 18/19. But all are 26 or under 26 now!
In the Vanarama Leagues I aimed for just Key players right away "age" didn't botter me as you should be focussing on getting ur club towards Prof status without financial problems.
As soon I was in Skybet League 2 earning ur Prof status here, I was aiming for some potential regens+some Key Players again. Just make sure you sign free players for a year depending on there age though and how good they are. For example if you know a youngster can grow u can sign him for longer term of course and maybe he become/is usefull even in Skybet league 1 or higher! In my team at moment only Coulibaly[VVL] made it from Skybet league 2 towards Premier League got him for free though. THIS IS A MUST DO: Just keep a eye on Expiring contracts each year and keep improving facilities as I got 3 regens out of my own Under -18 squad!

Silly question more. For the 2 IF. Do you play Left foot on left wing or wrong footed liked right foot on left wing?

*My Left IF is right footed and my Right IF is left footed. Both learned Preffered move "cut inside"!

In the pictures below my first season transfers and Sekou Coulibaly signed him in Skybet League 2 as a free transfer from a Ivorian Amateur team, funny part is he turned Italian(no work permit issue) and i'm currently Manager from Italy since 2022 lol! Hope this can help you out GL!

Using long flat throws really gives you goals, but just to clarify, your throw in setup has no influence in it, since when a player uses the long flat throw your teams uses your corner setup to position the players.

I didn't know they used the corner setup there. But I did know they used the corner setup, when getting freekicks on the sides. But thx learning even more now!

I recommend Henri Lansbury for whoever's looking for a mid-table level shadow striker, an absolute beast in my save with forest

And Original or Patch FourTwoFour tactic? :D

The only negative about these tactics here is the amount of red cards. Just now I had to finish the game with 8 men, but I were still able to win :D

So I played my first season with Sassuolo predicted to finished 17th, I finished 4th. I agree the amount of red cards is insane. I finished the season with 10 red card, and got 4 in my first 3 games of the season. won 2 games with 9 men. Scored lots of goals, conceded way to many. I was using original tactic for most of the season. Changed to using the one with a shadow striker for the last 10 games or so. I'm generally rotating between the two as I see fit.

So I have the Cup final coming up now... I do have a dilemma I'd appreciate some advice on though. Tactic is fantastic

I applied, and got offered the job. I delayed so I could play the cup final and see the season out. I lost my last 2 games including the Roma game basically throwing away a CL spot and if I lose the cup final.. Barca could be the solution to a sour end to the season. But at the same time, the challenge of moving forward next season could be interesting. Barca transfer budget is bigger than the value of my whole club lol.

ny thoughts?

Love the tactic, arguable the best one I've tried yet.
