What r the instructions for mentality and team shape?? Is it control and fluid or is it something else.

galego25 made the tweak though, he should be given the credit for that. He posted his tweak on page 30. I would still give almost all credit to Chrissy Dude, the creator of this matsterpiece in the first place. But I'm glad it's working for you (H)

Hey Chrissy,

Just wondering what tactic you have been using on the latest patch? Is there an update in the works?
 
I have been using my original one from the opening post. As long as you use the oi's and have peer relative fast defenders and sub tired, under 6.5 and volatile players on bookings, along with getting team talks right, it works fine.


I guess a lot of folks would like a guide on how to use the tactics but I have a show at the comedy festival to prepare for, then the fringe. So doubt there will be an update. Trying out some tweaks. Offensively I love it, defensively it could be tightened but at what cost. I could make it a lot more solid but that would be at the expense of the offence.
 
This tactic took about 80 hours of testing. Everytime I release something people want various results. It's really time consuming.

Hey, I started a test game with Arsenal using the original one from the opening post. I did two minor changes: The advanced playmaker to a roaming playmaker and the CWB's to support duty instead of attack. And the results so far are really promising. Only two official matches though, but that was against top opponents.

Will continue to test it, but I have to say this is good work. Still a bit shaky in defence at times, but it's deadly offensive. I would suggest you to try my tweaks, especially a player like Ramsey works fenomenal as roaming playmaker, because he's an engine playmaker type of player. He helps the defence better with this role I believe. Support on the CWB's looks good so far as well.

I've had bad experiences testing others tactics with 15.3, but this tactic plays great. Can't wait to get the tactic fully fluid and getting up against easier opponents. The only working for me yet. :)

Henry I tried both support and defence roles plus the roaming playmaker. The reason the roles are the way they are is to overload the defence I open play. Most goals in football come from overloading an area of play and FM is no different in this regard.

You will have noticed a lot fo the goals are tap ins or from players finding space as a defence cannot cope with the overloading of certain areas and tries to compensate. The CWBs need to be on attacks and the playmaker similar to achieve this. Yes it means defensively you are scunnered.

Also folks, the bigger the pitch the better the results as long as your defence is not slow J
 
You will get decent results with Arsenal but when I test, it’s using East Fife, Berwick Rangers, then gradually scale the testing up to the big clubs.
Trust me when I say, I honestly don’t think I can improve the tactic aside from set pieces. Attacking corners are fine but everything else needed work and I think due to Bozewolf I have that sorted. Some player instructions need tweaked also.
